Oliver Hill Black History Month Dinner
The Oliver Hill Scholars will host an interesting virtual dialogue over dinner on “Being Black at a PWI”. This dialogue will be led by Dr. Frederick Engram, Assistant Professor at the University of Texas at Arlington in the Department of Criminology/Criminal Justice and the Center for African American Studies. His work considers how African Americans make sense of their experiences with racism in education and society at large.
